  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 pavs, toasted

How to make Pav Bhaji Recipe

Step 1

Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for a minute.

Step 2

Cook tomatoes until they become soft and mushy. Add the pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook for a minute.

Step 3

Add the mashed potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum, and green peas. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.

Step 4

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with toasted pavs.
