  • 250 grams cluster beans, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Chopped cilantro,¬†for garnish

  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

  4. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute, releasing the fragrance.
